Design and Simulation of Smart Bolt Based on Zno Piezoelectric Thin Film Sensor

چکیده

In order to solve the coupling error problem of smart bolt, model piezoelectric thin film sensor and bolt is established by using constitutive equation. The size parameters ZnO are simulated analyzed finite element method Comsol software M10×1.5 prepared on bolt. First, sensors different materials compared, then shape, thickness simulated; electrode material simulated. simulation results show that ZnO, shape round, 10 mm, 1000 nm, 6 200 nm. was fabricated with this size.
